In Gemini at gemini.google.com, open Settings & help → Connected Apps. If needed, open Personal Intelligence first.
Under Custom apps for Spark, add a custom app and paste your Workbucket MCP URL as the server address.
Gemini sends you to Workbucket to sign in and approve access. Custom apps currently require Gemini Spark with a personal Google Account.
Use @ to select Workbucket in Gemini, then ask it to find, create, or update your tasks — it acts as you, with your permissions.
Every action runs as you and respects your existing access — Gemini can only see and change what you can.
